与えられること
与えられた仕事、
それは、「信頼」「責任」など
ある程度の「期待」があるから任せられている。
ただ「任す」「与える」のではなく、
その人の「許容値」まで判断してあげなければいけない。
何が出来て、どれくらい出来るのか、
その判断を誤ってしまうと、その人のモチベーションが下がってしまう危険がある。
そう思いました。
本当に、ただ単純にそう思った。
